My name is Victoria, I'm the owner of the management company - Luxe Home Solutions. Where comfort meets intention. Every stay is designed to feel effortless, from spotless spaces to small details that make you feel at home the moment you arrive.

 

Our properties are more than just places to stay — they’re spaces to breathe, unwind, and reconnect. Whether you’re here for a weekend escape or an extended coastal getaway, you’ll always find the same standard: calm, comfort, and care in every corner. We only take on a few properties at a time so we can ensure each one is intentionally taken care of.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is included in my stay?
Each stay includes fresh linens, towels, starter toiletries, and a kitchen stocked with basic cookware.
Do you allow snowbirds?
Yes, we would love to host your snowbird stay. We host snowbirds when properties have the availability to do so from November 1st-April 1st.
Can I bring my pets?
At this time none of our properties allow pets.
When do I receive my security deposit back?
Within 7 days depending on your bank institution. If there are no damages in the property then we release funds by the next day after check out.

Man oh Man . I was very skeptical this go round because we decided not to stay in an hotel on the beach but get something different because we were only staying two days . I picked this air bnb by the pictures i was satisfied but the pictures do absolutely no justice . The place was spotless , it was exactly like The pictures , its quiet & peaceful , very clean , the balcony over looks the tennis court with a river beside it , plus all the amenities all over the resort , a private beach access . They had exactly everything I needed and more. I also mentioned to them we were coming in town for my husband’s birthday and they put up decorations and left a mini birthday cake in the fridge when they didn’t even have to . I only needed her once the whole weekend and they were very responsive. Everything was very much appreciated & we would definetly book here again .

We had such a wonderful family stay in Myrtle Beach! The condo was perfect — close to the beach, peaceful, and very family-friendly. The home was clean, cozy, and exactly as pictured. The host was responsive and made everything easy from check-in to checkout. The kids had a blast, and we loved the indoor pool on rainy days and ending the day with walks on the beach. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!
